Refund policy

We want your space to feel like you. If something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Here’s what to know:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item
• Items must be in the same condition as when they arrived—no wear, no damage, no drama
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed
• To start the return process, reach out to kat@archivisthome.com with your order # and reason for return.

Because our collections are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we can’t always guarantee an exact replacement, but if you reach out to kat@archivisthome.com we’re always happy to help you find something you’ll love just as much.
